Account Deletion

This page is the public account-deletion request destination for app-store compliance and for people who cannot reach the in-app deletion flow.

Delete your account in the app

If you can still sign in, open Snaxle and go to Account > Delete Account. The app will ask you to type DELETE before it submits the request.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email support@snaxle.app from the address tied to your account and use the subject line Delete my Snaxle account.

Include any detail that helps us locate the account, such as the email on file and your display name.

What happens after a request

Account access is removed right away after a valid deletion request is processed, and we begin removing account-linked data from active systems. Backup or operational cleanup may take up to 30 days, or longer if required by law.

What is removed

  • Your diary and logged meals
  • Saved dishes and cravings
  • Your taste profile
  • Account and login information tied to the deleted account
