1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Snaxle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Using Snaxle

Snaxle is a personal food discovery, saving, and diary service. You may use it only for personal, lawful purposes and may not misuse, scrape, disrupt, or try to gain unauthorized access to the service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for activity that happens through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Your content

Content you add, including diary entries, reactions, notes, uploads, and place memories, remains yours. You give Snaxle a limited permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to run and improve the service for your account.

5. Restaurant information

Restaurant details, menu items, prices, hours, links, allergens, and other venue information can change and may sometimes be incomplete or inaccurate. User-provided notes and private memories remain account-specific and are not treated as verified venue facts. Snaxle does not provide medical, dietary, or allergy advice, so you should verify important details directly with the restaurant.

6. Third-party links

Snaxle may link out to maps, reservation services, delivery providers, and other third-party tools. Those third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices, and Snaxle is not responsible for them.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Snaxle available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the product when needed.

8. Suspension or termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate access if the service is abused, used unlawfully, or used in ways that create risk for Snaxle or other people.

9. Disclaimers and limits

Snaxle is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the extent allowed by law, Snaxle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you in the app or by other reasonable means. Questions can be sent to support@snaxle.app.
